The course lasts around 4 hours and teaches you the basics of climbing with the help of steel cables, ladders and rungs anchored into the rock. You\u2019ll be fully guided by a certified instructor, and all the necessary gear is provided \u2013 free of charge. Safety is a top priority.<\/p>\n
